Employee experience (EX) refers to employee's feelings about their journey at an organization, from the hiring experience, to onboarding, to development and career opportunities, and more.

Some organizations have established employeee experience departments or have added an employee experience function to their HR team.It is an emerging field that takes practices from other fields of design and well establish HR practices.
