Heidi has over a decade of experience helping organizations build impactful learning solutions and supporting L&D professionals in HR, customer education, and educational technology. With a PhD in Instructional Design and Technology, she’s led teams, built programs, advised product teams, and evaluated learning based on the data that actually matters, all with a focus on authenticity, simplicity, inclusivity, and measurable impact.
